Intelligo Academy Pty Ltd - ACN 664 303 753 – (“Intelligo Academy”) is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) in the way that it handles personal information.

Security of Information

We are committed to ensuring that the information you provide is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. 

We delete or otherwise destroy unused personal information from our systems when it is longer required on a regular basis.

Information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that the personal information we collect will not be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Exceptions

The APPs and this policy do not apply to our acts and practices directly related to a current or former employment relationship between us and an employee and any employee record we held relating to the employee.
